Analysis and control

We carry out exhaustive quality control plans; we analyze the raw materials and the final outcome. We have our own laboratories to ensure the compliance of the microbiological standards. The controls are complemented with internal quality audits. These audits are carried out in the products as well as in the processes. In this way, we verify the standards every day.

Traceability system

Our traceability system is a key tool to ensure the safety of the products, being able thus to ensure the monitoring of everything at any given stage of the process, from the raw material to the final outcome.

Gluten free products

None of the products produced by Martínez Loriente contain gluten. Furthermore, the use of allergens is minimized, meeting thus the needs of any consumer.

It is a proof that we adhere to the standards of European food quality and safety according to the Food Standard FOOD, V6.
BRC Food
It is a proof that we adhere to the world wide standards of food safety of the British Retail Consortium Food, V6.
Garantía Halal
It is a proof that all the procedures to slaughter the animals follow the guidelines established by this certification brand.
Bureau Veritas
It is a proof that we fulfill the natural process of maturation of the beef meat.
